We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Talent Development Specialist to join our team. As a Talent Development Specialist, you will be responsible for providing case management services to clients participating in career development, job training, and job placement activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop service plans with each client to deliver career planning, training, and supportive services to eliminate barriers and result in meaningful employment.
- Provide access to resources available in the center and link customers to community services and assess available support services.
- Develop and deliver workshops for groups and individuals to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate reports tracking customer information, attendance, and activity to ensure necessary services are received in accordance with funding source requirements.
- Support customers in registering on job databases, developing resumes, and completing applications.
- Determine customer eligibility for services, set short- and long-term goals, monitor performance, and program completion.
- Assess customer capabilities, needs, and vocational potential, creating Individual Success Strategies.
- Administer and interpret vocational assessment tools, making employment and training recommendations.
