Job Overview:

We are seeking a Process Engineering Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of process improvements.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead cross-functional teams in the design, implementation, and optimization of processes.
  2. Analyze data to identify opportunities for process improvement and develop strategies to address these opportunities.
  3. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure that equipment and processes meet our quality and performance requirements.
  4. Develop and maintain documentation related to processes and procedures.
  5. Train and mentor engineers and technicians on process engineering principles and best practices.
  6. Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to direct reports.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in process engineering with a focus on people management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of Lean techniques and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Experience with equipment validation and documentation in a regulated industry is a plus.
