Senior Technical Transfer Engineer - Hybrid

We're recruiting for an exciting opportunity with a leading multinational organization. This position is ideal for those looking to join a company at the forefront of its industry.

Duties:
  • Ensure compliance through documentation completion, risk assessments, and corrective action.
  • Lead and execute process engineering and validation activities to support technical transfers.
  • Manage multiple technical engineering projects to support business needs, including process improvements, capital projects, and Lean initiatives across multi-disciplined functions.
  • Manage technical/Validation/Quality Notifications/Change control/Project support within the technical engineering team.
  • Sponsor and foster lean six sigma and standard work within the technical engineering Team.

We're looking for candidates with experience in process engineering and/or validation in a sterile manufacturing environment. A proven track record of leading technical teams through sustaining operations and technical transfer projects is essential.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge and experience of Sterile filling processes and equipment, especially aseptic processing. Experience in executing and/or managing through equipment and process validation in a sterile environment is also required.

Requirements:
  • Considerable experience in a comparable role, preferably as a senior professional.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience of Sterile filling processes and equipment, especially aseptic processing.
  • Experience of executing and/or managing through equipment and process validation in a sterile environment.
  • Automation and MES knowledge.
  • Proven record of process improvement implementation.
  • Proven record in planning and basic project management of a team to deliver on time/schedule and cost.
