Job Description

As a seasoned product leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving technical excellence and business alignment within our organization.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and clarify technical requirements, overseeing frontend initiatives, and employing innovative strategies to address challenges and seize product opportunities.

Additionally, you will act as a liaison between development teams and business stakeholders, clearly articulating technical considerations and product needs. This includes managing multiple stakeholder demands, handling tough conversations constructively, and defining what to build – and when.

You will also foster a positive, safe environment that encourages accountability, ownership, and transparent communication within the engineering team. Furthermore, you will lead planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and other scrum ceremonies, working within a SAFe-like framework to keep development on track.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role (e.g., product, program, or service management with a technical emphasis).
  • A demonstrated track record of coordinating customer activities alongside product development roadmaps.
  • Familiarity with facilitating technical and non-technical workshops, trainings, or problem-solving sessions.
