Senior Product Manager Role

This is a challenging opportunity to lead the development and execution of a technology platform that supports centralized document management, data processing, machine learning, model management, and other shared services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the vision and strategy for this platform, working closely with solution line leaders, engineers, business leaders, and IT teams to ensure timely and high-quality releases.

Key qualifications include 8+ years of product management experience, preferably in a leadership role, and a solid understanding of cloud platforms, AI/ML, and data technologies.

Other key skills include the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to align technical capabilities with business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and articulate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with strategic goals and operational requirements.
  • Partner with business leaders, IT, and end-users to understand internal needs and translate them into actionable product requirements.
  • Build and lead a high-performing product management team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality releases.
  • Use data insights and metrics to prioritize features, measure impact, and continuously improve products.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of product management experience, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Solid understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), AI/ML, and data technologies.
  • Proven track record to lead cross-functional teams in a global and distributed environment.
  • Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to align technical capabilities with business needs.
