We are seeking a Digital Experience Developer to join our team.
This role is ideal for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual with proven experience in website management, development, and governance.
This position will support the redevelopment of our online member services portfolio and maintain excellent performance across all platforms.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Communications Director to manage the redevelopment of our online member services, including the website, member portal, and training academy.
- Support the development of a new statutory register website, regulating providers of building works in Ireland.
- Ensure successful integration of the website into the new CRM in collaboration with IT and an external development agency.
We are looking for someone who can work across these projects in collaboration with the external development agency, IT, the statutory register office, and the training department.
Key Responsibilities include developing websites in line with our brand identities, regularly monitoring and maintaining websites and portals to ensure content, features, and functionality are consistently updated, and managing content and features across sites in line with federation initiatives, the annual campaigns calendar, and training courses to maximize performance.
The ideal candidate will be able to act as the first point of contact for departments in compiling technical information and knowledge resources for the member portal and statutory registrant area, optimize content to improve search engine performance and drive web traffic, and lead on web-related projects and improvements, working across departments to gather technical requirements and develop specifications for the external agency or implement directly.
We are also looking for someone who can ensure seamless user journeys from inbound digital campaigns to user transactions and maintain fully functioning forms and payment gateways in collaboration with IT, provide regular analysis of website performance via Google Analytics and identify improvements as needed, ensure responsive design and compatibility across devices and browsers, ensure inclusive website design with high levels of accessibility, and work with IT and web agency to ensure ongoing security updates and GDPR compliance.
