Job Title: Financial Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

About Your New Role:
  • You will be responsible for data-entry, gathering information and updating the in-house database, as well as performing general administration duties such as filing, faxing, and scanning.
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as excellent keyboard skills.

Requirements:

  • Leaving Certificate Examination, Leaving Certificate Vocational, or equivalent standard.
  • Satisfactory relevant experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.

The position is onsite with on-site parking. This is a part-time opportunity with 3 set days per week, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. The contract is temporary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data entry and management.
  • Gathering information and database updates.
  • General administration and support.
