Job Description:Join Comfort Keepers, Ireland's leading homecare provider as Client Care Supervisor to lead our dedicated team of home support workers, dedicated to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to our clients.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Client Care Supervisor to lead our dedicated team of home support workers in your own dedicated geographic region covering Louth & Meath. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of client care and support, fostering a positive and collaborative environment, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of client services.

*Core working hours for the role are Monday to Friday, 08.30 - 17.00. To be successful in this role it may be necessary to work some evenings and weekends and to facilitate reviews and supervision visits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support a team of caregivers, ensuring compliance with care plans and service standards.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of client needs and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate scheduling and allocate resources effectively to meet client requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client care and staff performance.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Address any issues or concerns promptly, fostering a culture of open communication and feedback.

The ideal candidate:

  • Be QQI level 5(major award) qualified in a Healthcare related field and Level 6 certified
  • Have a relevant health or social care background
  • Have a caring and empathetic nature
  • Experience within homecare/healthcare desirable
  • Have an experience in service reviews, spot checks, care plans, assessments etc.
  • Must have a full clean driving licence and own car.
