Main Responsibilities:
- Theatre Rota Management: Set up theatre sessions for consultants, update theatre rota information, and record accurately on the patient management system.
- Communication and Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication among staff members, coordinate on-call rotas, and liaise with anaesthetic providers.
- Daily Operations: Manage theatre staff time sheets, process charts for local anaesthetic patients, perform quality control checks, and handle administrative tasks related to patient discharge and chart storage.
Requirements:
- Qualifications and Experience: Minimum of two years' relevant administrative experience, excellent communication skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively, and proficiency in using electronic systems and software.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, build strong relationships, and promote a culture of teamwork and respect.
