Global Mine Water Treatment Leader Opportunity

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in process or chemical engineering, with a proven track record of building and leading mine water treatment teams. This leadership role involves the strategic development of client-focused water stewardship initiatives, supporting clients in achieving their sustainability objectives.

As a critical member of our global team, you will be responsible for developing effective client relationships and delivering purposeful solutions to complex challenges. Your expertise will contribute to WSP's mission of creating positive, long-lasting impacts on communities worldwide.

  • A minimum Bachelor level qualification in process or chemical engineering is required.
  • Masters or PhD level qualification in Engineering Management is an asset.
  • Demonstrated experience in client relationship management and business development is essential.
  • Leadership in Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) is critical, with a proven ability to positively affect the HSSE culture of an organization.
  • Experience across various jurisdictions globally is highly valued.
