Accounts Administrator

The ideal candidate for this role will be a highly organized and efficient individual with excellent financial management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process sales invoices and receipts in a timely manner
  • Manage supplier invoices and remittances effectively
  • Reconcile bank accounts to ensure accurate financial data
  • Prepare and submit VAT returns in accordance with compliance regulations
  • Maintain company expenses and employee costs
  • Process weekly wages accurately and efficiently
  • Complete reports as required by the organization
  • Perform general accounting tasks and filing duties

In addition to these key responsibilities, the successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar accounts office role, holding relevant qualifications such as a Leaving Certificate or equivalent, and proficient in Microsoft Excel, TAS Books (or similar), and Thesaurus Payroll (or similar).

This role requires a self-motivated individual who is able to adapt quickly to new systems and procedures. Strong numeracy and literacy skills are essential, as well as the ability to work accurately under pressure. The successful candidate must speak fluent English and have access to reliable transportation.
