Capital Markets Professional

A leading financial institution is seeking a Capital Markets Professional to support the administration of structured finance and capital markets transactions.

  • ">
  • Manage daily administration of capital markets transactions">
  • Act as primary client contact, ensuring smooth onboarding and servicing">
  • Review and comment on legal and transactional documents">
  • Coordinate with legal, risk, and compliance teams to ensure controls and regulations are met">
  • Handle closings, cash flow processing, billing, and reporting">
  • Support business development and client retention efforts">
  • Provide coverage and mentorship within the team as needed">

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • ">
  • 1–2+ years in capital markets, trust, or structured finance roles">
  • Comfortable reviewing legal documentation and understanding financial terms">
  • Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills">
  • Proficient in MS Office and internal systems">
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred">
  • CCTS qualification or capital markets experience is a plus">
