We are seeking an Outbound Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. As a member of our sales development team, you will be responsible for developing new business while growing your own career with Compliance & Risks.

In this hands-on role, you will drive process improvements to automate the current lead generation process and work closely with marketing and sales teams to execute on inbound and outbound strategies to create a steady flow of SQLs.

You will partner with product to understand our compliance solutions and client challenges, with marketing and sales to understand our ideal target client profile, and with regional counterparts and cross-functional teams to track lead generation and follow-up across the demand funnel.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of outbound B2B sales development experience or comparable customer service/sales experience and possess exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
