Job Title: Lead Technical Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled technical professional to lead and contribute to the successful delivery of our projects in Longford, Ireland.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with project managers and teams to provide expert technical advice and guidance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with design teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Evaluate and verify civil engineering designs, models, and drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Implement quality assurance procedures, perform site inspections, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Maintain safe working practices on-site and monitor the recording of materials, plant, and logistics.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • At least 5 years' experience in a related field with proven expertise.
  • Previous main contractor experience is essential for this role.
  • Proven track record of delivering building projects such as pharma, data centre, industrial, commercial etc.
  • Excellent IT skills, including knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and Microsoft products.
