  • Adhere to operational processes, proactively identifying areas for improvement and proposing actionable recommendations
Key Responsibilities:

  4. Tax Services Outsourcing: Maintain and manage relationships with tax services outsourcing providers to ensure seamless operations.
  5. Budgeting and Reforecasting: Assist in budgeting and reforecasting activities to support financial planning.
  6. Financial Reporting: Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual returns completed, and prepare reconciliations for Claims Paid and Claims Fees within set timeframes.
  7. Operational Excellence: Adhere to operational processes, proactively identifying areas for improvement and proposing actionable recommendations.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 24 years of experience in the insurance industry
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, for data analysis and reporting
  • Strong understanding of claims and how to perform reconciliations
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on achieving high accuracy in financial and operational processes
