Role Overview

This position plays a key role in driving growth by unlocking the Away From Home channel. As Customer Insights Manager, you will lead deep understanding of shopper and customer behaviour across occasions and customer types.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Shopper Understanding: Analyse shopper behaviour in the AFH channel to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Channel Analysis: Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention based on data-driven insights.
  • Market Monitoring: Track market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviours within the AFH channel.
  • Support for Organized Customers & New Business Teams: Collaborate with teams to provide insights and strategies for key accounts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in market research, data analysis, and/or customer insights within the Food industry.
