Job Description
  • Ensure highest quality, compliance, and safety standards in technology transfer and related activities.
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver high-performing outcomes within the vaccine technology transfer group.
  • Lead the technical transfer and scale-up of new processes into vaccines IPT.
  • Contribute to technical planning and decision-making for vaccines IPT, ensuring timely and efficient production schedules.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in biopharmaceutical/vaccines environment.
  • Honors degree or master's in science or engineering discipline (biotechnology preferred).
  • Lean Six Sigma qualification or experience applying lean principles.
  • Project management qualification desirable.
  • Evidence of continuous professional development.
