Job Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior C++ Qt Software Development Lead to join our team in Cork City, Ireland.

The ideal candidate will be working on our brand-new electrostatic simulation software in the scope of Parasitic Capacitance and Resistance Analysis and Visualization.

Main Responsibilities
  • To design, develop, and troubleshoot new features from scratch using modern C++ programming (C++14/17), STL, BOOST, Pthreads, etc.
  • Collaborate with other software engineers and product engineers to ensure product robustness and quality.
  • Implement and extend User Interface using Qt framework.
  • Organise live interaction between different software products.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in modern C++ programming (C++14/17), STL, BOOST, Pthreads, etc.
  • Familiarity with Qt framework and Object-Oriented Programming methods.

Additional Skills/Preferences:

  • Experience with Squish Framework and Unix-like operating systems.
  • Knowledge of Python and Perforce.
  • Prior knowledge about the EDA sector and chip design basics.
