Overview of the RoleThe Global Response Operations team responds to real-time crises, identifies emerging risks, and assesses opportunities for growth.
The organization's focus is on proactive risk management, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and data-driven decision-making.
- Work as part of the SEO Europe team, enforcing crisis response within the region while representing the DACH Market.
- Use a combination of geopolitical knowledge and language nuances to capture signals and insights to enforce and solve complex issues.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities- Investigate emerging risks across the region and influence cross-functional resolution.
- Support scoping of scalable solutions to improve community support in the Europe region.
- Resolve issues reported on Meta products, including requests for account support and reports of potentially abusive content.
- Support enforcement efforts identifying integrity risks to local and regional advertising business.
- Liaise closely with Meta vendor teams to ensure operational KPIs meet targets.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications- Professional working proficiency in English and German.
- 1+ year of professional experience within an operations environment.
- Experience communicating with various audiences and stakeholders within the DACH region.
- Can work with graphic and/or objectionable content.
Preferred Qualifications:
Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor's degree.
- Policy experience, preferably in content or media governance, or trust and safety.
- Technical and data skills such as Excel and SQL, and experience with visualization tools like Tableau.
- Experience with training, quality assurance, or metrics analysis.
