Overview of the Role

The Global Response Operations team responds to real-time crises, identifies emerging risks, and assesses opportunities for growth.

The organization's focus is on proactive risk management, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and data-driven decision-making.

  • Work as part of the SEO Europe team, enforcing crisis response within the region while representing the DACH Market.
  • Use a combination of geopolitical knowledge and language nuances to capture signals and insights to enforce and solve complex issues.

Responsibilities:

  1. Investigate emerging risks across the region and influence cross-functional resolution.
  2. Support scoping of scalable solutions to improve community support in the Europe region.
  3. Resolve issues reported on Meta products, including requests for account support and reports of potentially abusive content.
  4. Support enforcement efforts identifying integrity risks to local and regional advertising business.
  5. Liaise closely with Meta vendor teams to ensure operational KPIs meet targets.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications
  1. Professional working proficiency in English and German.
  2. 1+ year of professional experience within an operations environment.
  3. Experience communicating with various audiences and stakeholders within the DACH region.
  4. Can work with graphic and/or objectionable content.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree.
  2. Policy experience, preferably in content or media governance, or trust and safety.
  3. Technical and data skills such as Excel and SQL, and experience with visualization tools like Tableau.
  4. Experience with training, quality assurance, or metrics analysis.
