Job Description

The Lead Installer is responsible for overseeing vehicle installation, tracking procedures, and ensuring operational efficiency.

  • Manage vehicle installation and tracking processes
  • Develop efficient tracking methods
  • Execute all field tasks for fleets
  • Oversee weekly technical operations to maximize uptime and minimize costs
  • Assign daily technical and availability tasks as needed
  • Partner with fleet operations to optimize parking solutions
  • Apply lean process concepts to operations
  • Supervise area upkeep, maintenance, repair, and cleanliness
  • Control stock levels and documentation
  • Ensure top-level security for company assets
  • Handle on-site health and safety
  • Work with teams to resolve remote issues and reduce downtime
  • Address technical customer service escalations
  • Diagnose and validate fixes for deployed hardware
  • Identify trends/issues, recommend solutions to improve fleet technology
  • Pinpoint potential customer impact issues
  • Develop and execute test plans/cases for hardware and software
  • Collaborate with hardware teams to test new features
  • Contribute to product growth by validating future hardware/software
  • Test applications for end-to-end member experience
  • Track quality assurance metrics

Your Skills:

  • Proven experience in automotive, installation, electrical, or service technician industries
  • Team player with excellent communication and IT skills
  • Previous direct management experience
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Possession of a full, clean driving license
