Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project and Program Manager to oversee strategic initiatives that drive business growth and success. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating resources, facilitating discussions with senior leadership, and reporting on the status and performance of initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Regularly reviewing the portfolio to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Ensuring projects are adequately resourced to meet their goals.
  • Facilitating discussions on prioritization and trade-offs with the business.
  • Maintaining visibility into the portfolio's status, health, and risks at various organizational levels.
  • Promoting cross-functional governance processes to foster alignment and engagement between stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with project management processes, workflows, and terminology.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical/creative thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in large-scale project and program management.
