Job Summary:

This role is responsible for overseeing the management of commercial properties, including leasing and sales transactions. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading teams and negotiating terms for new leases and rent reviews.

About You:

  • Chartered Surveyor (SCSI and/or RICS) with 3-5 years post-qualification experience.
  • Experience in managing staff and cross-functional activities.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to deliver high-quality property valuations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team in managing commercial properties.
  • Negotiate terms for new leases and rent reviews.
  • Oversee the valuation process for submission to finance and external auditors.
  • Develop and maintain business relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Excellent time management and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong IT skills in platforms such as Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to work and meet tight deadlines.
