Job Title: Commercial Property and Asset Manager

This is a senior-level role with broad-based responsibilities across all aspects of commercial property sales & leasing, as well as company asset & portfolio management operations.

  • Manage property sales/leasing negotiations to ensure maximum value for the organisation.
  • Coordinate new site acquisitions & development projects.
  • Develop & maintain relationships with key external stakeholders.
  • Support multi-annual budgeting processes.
  • Manage credit control activities.
  • Review commercial proposals.
  • Oversight of compliance reporting.

The ideal candidate will have a 3rd-level degree in business studies or a relevant discipline and be a fully qualified chartered surveyor (SCSI and/or RICS).

A strong background in commercial property sales & leasing and excellent interpersonal skills are also essential.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a globally focused environment and further develop their career in a dynamic organization.

This role is being offered as a permanent position with a salary range depending on experience.
