Job Description

The Associate (Senior Fund Accountant) of our StepStone Private Debt – Fund Accounting team in Dublin will be responsible for performing shadow accounting of our funds, overseeing daily activities related to a fund, and coordinating with fund administrators.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Demonstrates commitment, accuracy, and attention to detail in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
  • Motivated with a passion for the industry, knowledge of private debt, private equity, or hedge-fund sectors, and experience in fund accounting and/or custody.
  • Analytical skills with a flair for processes, good IT skills, takes initiative, and ownership of responsibilities assigned.
