Job Overview

This role is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in a rehabilitation setting. The ideal candidate will have experience working with geriatric residents and possess excellent communication and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and plan individualized care plans for patients
  • Implement and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient-centered goals
Requirements:
  • Education from an accredited school of nursing
  • Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state where you will be practicing
  • IV certification required or willing to obtain within six months of employment
  • CPR/AED certification required or willing to obtain within six months of employment
