Data Center Project Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our data center projects from inception to delivery.
Responsibilities:
- The role will cover the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning through design and procurement to site delivery and commissioning.
- Collaborate with the project management team to successfully deliver capital investment projects.
- Serve as the primary client interface, ensuring that client objectives are met.
- Oversee project management commissions, taking overall responsibility for their successful completion.
- Plan, direct, and supervise all operations included in moderately sized projects with moderate risk, complexity, and financial impact.
- Contribute to the operational running of the project management team.
- Recent experience in project delivery of RIBA Stages 0 to 7 is required.
Qualifications:
- Postgraduate qualification – ideally in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, or Quantity Surveying.
- Pursuing Chartered Status with institutions such as SCSI, RICS, CIOB, RIBA, or EI.
- APM affiliation is beneficial.
