Job Overview

The IT Infrastructure and Security Manager will oversee the design, implementation, and management of the IT network. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless connectivity across all locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Infrastructure Management:
    • Design, implement, and manage the group's IT network.
    • Evaluate and enhance existing infrastructure to improve system performance.
  • Cyber Security & Compliance:
    • Develop and implement a robust cybersecurity strategy.
    • Ensure all digital systems are protected against internal and external threats.
  • Project Management:
    • Manage IT projects, including new site openings and large-scale system upgrades.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  • Vendor and Supplier Management:
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key IT vendors, suppliers, and technology partners.
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements that meet business needs.

Preferred Experience & Skills:

5+ years' experience in IT infrastructure management within a multi-site organisation, ideally hospitality or related industry. Strong knowledge of network architecture, hardware management, and cybersecurity protocols. Proven experience with data protection compliance (GDPR) and conducting security audits.

Requirements:
