As a key member of our organisation, the Clinical Nurse Manager will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Supporting the Director of Nursing in all clinical and operational aspects of care
- Providing leadership, guidance, and supervision to nursing and care staff
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
- Monitoring, evaluating, and improving clinical standards of care
- Managing staff rosters and contributing to workforce planning
- Engaging with residents and their families to ensure individualised care plans are developed and maintained
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) with active registration
- Minimum 3 years post-registration experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory/management role
- Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to person-centred care
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
- Experience in care of the elderly sector desirable
