Job Description:

We are seeking an exceptional Department Leader to support and lead a department and team of individuals to deliver the best store experience for our customers. Key responsibilities include leading and coaching the team, achieving key performance indicators, and ensuring excellent service, high standards, and optimal availability.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Lead and coach the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences by ensuring great service, standards, and availability
  • Deliver all key performance indicators for your departments
  • Lead a team, making decisions every day that support them to do their jobs effectively
  • Ensure all processes, routines, and systems for your departments are completed accurately and on time
  • Plan seasonal, trade driving, and promotional activities to achieve maximum sales, impact, and presentation
  • Responsible for all safe and legal routines for my departments, ensuring plans are in place to address any identified issues
  • Ensure that colleagues understand the importance of objectives, have regular reviews, career discussions, and a live Personal Development Plan (PDP)

Requirements:

  • Must have prior management experience
  • Prior Retail Management Experience preferred
