Global PV and REMS Compliance Partner

This strategic leadership role focuses on delivering high-quality, compliant processes for Global Pharmacovigilance (PV) and Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategies (REMS). The ideal candidate will bring significant experience in R&D quality or compliance, with a proven track record of driving operational performance across global organizations. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert guidance on PV and REMS operations, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance compliance and data integrity, leveraging industry best practices and methodologies.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, develop and implement corrective actions, and ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to resolve complex issues, leveraging expertise to drive business growth and excellence.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in R&D quality or compliance, with a focus on global PV and REMS.
  • Proven ability to function autonomously at a senior level, navigating complex, matrixed environments.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to effectively engage diverse audiences.
  • Ability to think critically and strategically, driving innovative solutions to achieve business objectives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision making.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., science, law).
  • Experience working in a multi-cultural environment, with a demonstrated understanding of cultural differences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
