Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough reviews of financial accounts and tax computations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of accounts ranging from sole traders to companies and partnerships, providing expert guidance and support to clients.
  • Assign, review, and lead a team of junior accountants, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly management accounts for clients, presenting insightful financial data to inform business decisions.
  • Deliver high-quality Unaudited Year-End Statutory Accounts, meeting strict deadlines and exceeding client expectations.
  • Offer valuable assistance and guidance to clients regarding financial control systems, empowering them to make informed decisions.
Requirements:
  • Hold a recognized accounting qualification (CPA/ACCA/ACA).
  • Possess a minimum of 3 years' experience in an Irish Practice firm, demonstrating expertise and knowledge.
  • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and technical skills, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of services.
  • Exhibit outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, building strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Showcase exceptional organizational abilities, effectively managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Demonstrate proven ability to manage teams effectively, promoting a culture of collaboration and innovation.
