Job Title: Senior Associate
About the Role:
The Capital Markets – Debt group is a leader in the Irish market with an extensive record in debt capital markets and structured products.
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious professional to join our team. The successful candidate will have 4+ years PQE as a debt capital markets lawyer in a corporate law firm or in-house and will have demonstrable experience working on debt capital markets transactions.

A leading independent, full service law firm with five international offices. We have over 1,000 employees and a client base spanning across the strong international and domestic business community in Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acting for clients on some of the most complex debt capital market issuances and structured finance matters globally;
- Assisting clients on public market and retained residential mortgage backed securitisations, synthetic securitisations, CLOs, loan originator platforms, regulatory capital issuances, high yield debt issuances, eurobond issuances, debt programmes and private placements;
- Providing advice on structured debt issuances, green bond issuances, financial markets infrastructure, bridge and warehouse financing, securitisation take-outs and regulatory issues;
Requirements:
- Strong academic credentials and analytical, technical and drafting skills;
- High levels of commercial and business awareness;
- Ability to work independently and also as part of a team;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage competing demands and deadlines;
