Looking for a professional to lead our restaurant team as a fine dining service expert. As the face of our establishment, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless and attentive service to our guests.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a section of the restaurant floor during Breakfast, Afternoon Tea & Dinner Services.
- Ensure effective operation of your allocated station by managing tasks efficiently.
- Provide exceptional service to guests, anticipating their needs and requirements.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen and sommelier teams to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in Food & Beverage service is an advantage, but full training will be provided.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Flexibility to work a varied roster, including weekends and bank holidays.
