Food & Beverage Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee the smooth operation of a busy Gastro Bar and Guesthouse.
Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional to take on a leadership role, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and high standards of service, cleanliness, and safety are maintained at all times.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in management, with excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. They will be responsible for leading and managing a team of staff, developing and implementing strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs, and training, mentoring, and motivating staff to provide exceptional service and cultivate a positive work environment.
Requirements- Proven experience: In food and beverage or similar role in a high-volume establishment.
- Leadership skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Operational knowledge: Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.
