We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team and uphold our commitment to excellence.

About Us: O Donnabhains Bar & Guesthouse is a vibrant establishment known for its casual dining experience and lively bar atmosphere.
We pride ourselves on great service, good food, and a welcoming ambiance that keeps our customers coming back for more
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of bar and restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling,
Ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, and safety are maintained at all times.
Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs while delivering an outstanding guest experience.
Train, mentor, and motivate staff to provide exceptional service and cultivate a positive work environment.
Foster strong relationships with customers, vendors, and the local community to enhance the restaurant's reputation and drive business growth.
Requirements:
Proven experience in food and beverage or similar role in a high-volume establishment.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
