Restaurant Service Manager

As a fine dining service professional, you will be the face of exceptional customer experience on the restaurant floor. You will lead a section and ensure guests receive seamless, attentive, and personalized service.
Key Responsibilities- Operate your allocated station with efficiency and precision throughout Breakfast, Afternoon Tea & Dinner Services.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge regarding all menu items, hotel facilities, and services.
- Provide Food & Wine service in line with industry standards.
- Anticipate Guest requirements in a proactive and professional manner.
- Contribute to daily Restaurant Set up and presentation.
- Prepare daily mis en place.
- Maintain cleanliness and polish duties.
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage service is beneficial but full training will be provided.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Be flexible with roster commitments, including weekends and bank holidays.
