Restaurant Manager Position

Our luxury establishment seeks a seasoned leader to oversee the fine dining restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership in fine dining environments, preferably with Michelin experience.

We are looking for someone who can create a refined and personalized dining atmosphere, resolve guest concerns discreetly, and drive profitability while maintaining impeccable service quality.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily operations, ensure seamless front-of-house/back-of-house synergy, and implement world-class service protocols.
  • Create a sophisticated dining experience, anticipating needs to exceed expectations, and resolving guest concerns professionally.
  • Drive profitability, develop rosters in alignment with labour costs, monitor and manage budgets, labour costs, inventory, and operational expenses.

Requirements

Education & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is advantageous.
  • Advanced wine knowledge (WSET Level 2 or above) preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of fine dining Restaurant Management/Assistant Management experience.
  • Proven leadership in a Michelin-starred or Michelin-aspirational environment is preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Exceptional knowledge of fine dining etiquette, wine service, and culinary trends.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and lead by example.
  • Impeccable attention to detail, poise under pressure, and a guest-centric mindset.
