Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pizza Chef to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking traditional-style pizzas to the highest standard.

Responsibilities
  • Pizza Preparation: Prepare and cook traditional-style pizzas using high-quality ingredients and maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain freshness and availability of ingredients.
  • Cleaning and Safety: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with colleagues to achieve efficient service and maintain a positive working environment.
  • Continuous Improvement: Strive for continuous improvement in pizza quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience as a pizza chef or similar role.
  • Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of pizza-making techniques, including hand-stretching dough and using a wood-fired oven.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills to work effectively with colleagues and management.
  • Time Management: Excellent time management and organizational abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Food Safety Certification: Food safety and sanitation certification is preferred but not essential.
