Maintenance Expert

As a key member of our team, the Facilities Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our maintenance team and implementing strategies to optimize facility performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Compliance with regulatory requirements, provision of accurate advice on company policies, health and safety, buildings, mechanical and electrical plant, fire precautions, hygiene, water quality and liability.
- Management of all service contracts, including mechanical and electrical services, fire protection, lifts, building repairs, energy supplies and grounds maintenance.
- Design, procurement and delivery of operational projects within set parameters and maximization of return on investment.
- Acting as Fire Marshall, identification and supervision of planned preventative maintenance, prioritization of maintenance requests and maintenance of good working relations with all departments.
