Senior Employment Lawyer

Artemis Human Capital are partnered with a leading law firm seeking an experienced Senior Employment Lawyer to join their team.

The Role:

As a Senior Associate, you will take a leadership role within the Employment Law department, managing complex legal matters and providing expert advice to clients.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing a portfolio of legal matters
  • Providing expert legal advice and guidance to clients
  • Collaborating closely with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs
  • Supervising and mentoring junior associates
  • Staying abreast of industry trends and best practices in employment law
Qualifications:

Qualified solicitor with 5+ years of experience in employment law, strong academic background in law, and excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong business acumen and effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Our ideal candidate is highly motivated, proactive and results-driven with a passion for delivering exceptional client service.

They will be able to work effectively in a dynamic team environment and possess excellent time management and organisational skills.

It would be beneficial if they have experience working with employment law software packages and are proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

A degree in law or a related field is essential along with a current practising certificate.
