We're seeking a skilled Senior Electronics Development Engineer to work with our client in Galway on various NPI projects.

Your primary responsibility will be to work with customers to improve manufacturability and complete projects on schedule. This will involve incorporating continuous improvement activities based on business objectives and current cost reduction goals.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Develop and implement process controls such as FMEA and control plans as part of the change management process.
  • Support the maintenance team in designing planned maintenance routines for all assembly line equipment.
  • Train operatives in assembly procedures.
  • Provide technical support to production.

To succeed in this position, you'll need a Hons degree (or masters) in electronics engineering, at least 5 years of experience in an electronic engineering manufacturing environment, and excellent multitasking and project management skills.
