Wir suchen junge Talente, die Theorie und Praxis verbinden und mitbringen möchten, was sie gelernt haben. Als Werkstudent im Bereich IT Workplace Management können Sie Ihre Fähigkeiten unter Beweis stellen und gleichzeitig Ihre Kenntnisse vertiefen.

Als Teil unseres Teams erhalten Sie die Möglichkeit, an herausfordernden Projekten mitzugestalten und Ihre Ideen einfließen zu lassen. Wir schätzen Teamwork und Kommunikation auf Augenhöhe, daher zählen Argumente mehr als Hierarchiestufen.

Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Sie unterstützen unser Workplace-Team bei der Einführung neuer Arbeitsplätze und setzen neue Geräte für unsere Mitarbeiter auf.
  • Sie sind eine wertvolle Unterstützung bei weiteren Aufgaben im Workplace-Team: Einrichtung von Telefonnummern, Bring-Your-Own-Device-Management und Unterstützung im 1st Level Support.
  • Sie unterstützen im Enterprise Application Team: Einrichtung neuer Microsoft Teams und Unterstützung bei der Bestellung von Softwarelizenzen.
  • Sie müssen mindestens 6 Monate verfügbar sein (gerne auch länger), in einem IT-nahen Studiengang immatrikuliert und stehen uns mit bis zu 20 Wochenstunden in unserem Büro zur Verfügung.
  • Sie sind IT-affin und verfügen über (Basis-)Kenntnisse im Bereich der Computertechnik (Clients, Laptop-Anschlüsse, Installation von Windows, MS Office Paket, Netzwerke).
  • Sie sind motiviert und arbeiten gerne selbstständig.
  • Sie sind eine offene Persönlichkeit mit Hands-On-Mentalität.
