Job Summary

Data Centre Project Scheduler

This role involves supporting a team on a major data centre commission in Ireland. The Data Centre Project Scheduler will develop and manage master schedules for global data center projects, oversee planning, compliance, and progress, and ensure adherence to governance standards and reporting cadence.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage master schedules for global data center projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource allocation.
  • Oversee project planning, compliance, and progress of construction projects, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Ensure strict adherence to governance standards and reporting cadence, maintaining transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years' experience in construction project management and planning, particularly in capital projects, as well as hands-on experience in engineering, procurement, and integrated construction planning.

The successful candidate should have expertise in project planning tools (P6, MS Project) and familiarity with risk schedule analysis, enabling them to drive projects forward efficiently and effectively.

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and promoting a culture of excellence within the organization.
