Job Title: Road Infrastructure Manager

Our organization is seeking an experienced Road Infrastructure Manager to oversee all road opening licence applications and compliance requirements.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with councils, emergency services, utility providers, and other stakeholders.
  • Coordinate reinstatement schedules ensuring works are completed on time and in line with performance targets.
  • Provide daily support and direction to reinstatement crews carrying out inspections and audits to monitor quality and standards.
  • Manage public notifications and communications relating to road closures diversions and service outages.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in road licensing reinstatement management or a similar civil engineering utilities role.
  • Strong organisational and compliance management skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to manage motivate and support operational teams.
