Job Title: Social Housing Business Expert

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Social Housing Business Expert. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional services to our customers in the social housing sector.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in implementing and configuring housing management systems, particularly in the area of rents management. You will work closely with our customers to gather requirements, provide expert guidance, and deliver tailored solutions that meet their needs.

Your primary focus will be on implementing our NEC Housing system, ensuring seamless integration, and providing top-notch support to our customers. Your expertise in differential rents and your ability to configure and build models within our software will be invaluable assets to our team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality implementations of NEC Housing system rents modules, focusing on configuration and build.
  • Gather customer requirements and workshop solutions to ensure the best possible outcome.
  • Provide expert advice and best practices to current customers using our system.
  • Maintain open communication channels with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Prepare configuration, specification, and policy documentation aligned with customer solutions.
  • Create and maintain training courses and solution design manuals for both customers and internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Irish Social Housing Management.
  • Configure and build models within NEC Housing Software.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive knowledge of Rents Management within the context of Social Housing.
  • Demonstrated expertise in implementing Housing Management Systems or Housing Modules, with a strong focus on system configuration and build.
  • Ability to consistently achieve positive customer feedback through effective delivery of consultancy and training services.
  • Proficiency in creating and maintaining training materials, including courses and solution design manuals for customers.
  • A full driving license.
