Job Description

We are seeking an experienced consultant to join our team and support the delivery of our housing management system. The role will involve working with customers to understand their requirements and providing expert guidance on implementing our software.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of social housing management, including rents and differential pricing. They will also have experience in configuring and building models within our software, as well as creating and maintaining training materials.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and ensuring that our customers are satisfied with our product and solution.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Knowledge of social housing management and rents
  • Understanding of differential rents and pricing
  • Experience in implementing housing management systems or modules, with a focus on system configuration and build
  • Demonstrable experience in gathering requirements from customers and preparing specifications documents
  • Ability to consistently achieve positive customer feedback through effective delivery of consultancy and training services
  • Proficiency in creating and maintaining training materials, including courses and solution design manuals
  • Full driving license
