As a seasoned construction expert, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the delivery of a high-profile multi-unit apartment development in Dublin.

About the Role:

This key leadership position involves end-to-end management of a large-scale residential project, from pre-construction to completion and handover.

  • Manage project timelines, resources, and expenditure to meet agreed milestones
  • Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and local authorities
  • Lead on-site teams and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with health & safety standards
  • Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings
  • Report to senior management on project performance, risks, and cost control
Your Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, preferably within residential or mixed-use developments. A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline is essential, along with excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

A valid driver's license for on-site work is required, as well as proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
