About Us
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team.
Our ideal candidate will have a passion for making a real difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN). They will be responsible for providing one-on-one support to students with SEN, fostering their learning and development.- They will assist the class teacher in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and adapting materials to accommodate various learning styles.
- Our ideal candidate will create a nurturing and supportive atmosphere, promoting confidence and independence among students.
- They will also collaborate with fellow staff members, parents, and external professionals to ensure a holistic approach to each student's progress.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience working with children with SEN is preferred, but not essential. Passion and willingness to learn are valued.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards supporting diverse learning needs.
- Relevant qualifications or training in SEN (desirable).
