Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for Primary Schools across Lincolnshire seeking Teaching Assistants to support class teachers or individual children. The role involves providing an enabling environment for children with diverse needs.


This could be the ideal opportunity if you have previous experience as a:

  • 1-1 Teaching Assistant
  • Support worker
  • Care worker
  • Social worker
  • SEMH roles-metnal health support

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A DBS on the Update Service or permission for us to process one at a cost to yourself
  • The ability to obtain references covering the last two years
  • Potential confidence with personal care
