Store Management Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced retail professional to take on the role of Store Manager in our dynamic grocery store in Southwest Donegal.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, leading and developing a high-performing team, and driving sales and profitability targets through strong leadership and operational excellence.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily store operations, ensuring efficient and effective management of stock, inventory, and resources.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure maximum performance.
  • Set, monitor, and achieve sales and profitability targets through data-driven decision making.
  • Maintain exceptional store presentation and merchandising, ensuring a visually appealing shopping experience for customers.
  • Manage employee scheduling and leave records, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Requirements

Candidates should have:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a retail management role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of key performance indicators (KPIs), targets, and reporting procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
  • Excellent communication and delegation skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
